Description: As a Store Supervisor at the ReStore, you’ll play an essential part in ensuring smooth daily operations while contributing to an engaging and efficient shopping experience. You’ll plan and execute daily tasks, maintain a clean and safe environment, and work alongside staff and volunteers to keep the store running seamlessly. From overseeing the sales floor and receiving dock to maintaining public spaces, you’ll anticipate and prioritize the day’s needs to keep everything on track. With a team-building mindset, you’ll thrive in a collaborative setting and remain committed to ensuring a positive experience for all who visit the store. This physically active position involves assisting with loading, unloading, and stocking materials, as well as lifting and moving heavy items (up to 50 pounds with assistance). You are comfortable managing a diverse portfolio of housing types, including single dwellings, duplexes, triplexes, and condos, and you excel at creating and refining systems and processes that ensure the consistent delivery of 60+ quality homes per year, while engaging both skilled tradespersons and untrained volunteers and homebuyers in the construction process.
