Description: The Director of Lending will strategically develop and implement new lending products and ensure full compliance with all CDFI and fiscal reporting requirements. This key team member will bolster Habitat Oregon’s positive and supportive relationships with local Habitat for Humanity affiliates, members of the staff team, local foundations, lending institutions, and other partner organizations. The successful candidate will help us to serve a greater number of low-to-moderate income Oregonians than ever — reaching homebuyers across the state at a time when stable and affordable homes remain out of reach for far too many hardworking households. By generating earned income over time, this individual will help to deepen Habitat Oregon’s operational capacity, sustainability and resilience.

Description: You are a Project Engineer, playing a crucial role in ensuring the successful construction of new affordable homes. You support the Project Management Team by handling the coordination of documents, and procurement needed to keep projects moving forward. From the initial concept through design review, permitting, site development, and construction, all the way to final certifications and as-built documentation, you serve as the central information hub, helping to turn plans into reality.”

Description: As a ReStore Associate, you are responsible for working with the store’s team members and volunteers to manage all aspects of day-to-day retail operations as needed and directed by leadership. A typical shift involves loading and unloading vehicles, guiding volunteers, cashiering, and providing customer service. Store Associates are expected to perform all tasks safely, efficiently, and effectively, and to use polite and respectful communication with co-workers, volunteers, and customers. This position requires energy and motivation as well as a connection to the Habitat mission.
