Salvage Assistant at Portland Metro Habitat for Humanity ReStores

Part-time/hourly | $12.50

The primary responsibility is to assist the ReStore Salvage Service in the on-site deconstruction and gathering of salvageable materials for resale in local Habitat for Humanity ReStores.

Resource Development Director at Springfield/Eugene Habitat for Humanity (Eugene, OR)

Status: Full Time, Exempt

Exciting opportunity to develop, expand, & manage Springfield/Eugene Habitat for Humanity resource development and fundraising efforts.  Develop and maintain donor relationships and programs including annual campaign, direct mail, events, & planned giving.  Database management, public relations responsibilities including social media.  Help expand house construction and repair sponsorships.  Three years or more fund development or related experience, and Bachelors required.  Strong written, verbal communications and computer and social media skills needed.

AmeriCorps Construction Crew Leader at Portland Metro/East Habitat for Humanity

The AmeriCorps team member in this role is integral to our goal of building more homes and better neighborhoods and communities throughout our service area.  The member will give the necessary boost to significantly increase the number of families our affiliate is able to serve through our new construction, critical home repair and rehab projects.

AmeriCorps Volunteer Services Coordinator

AmeriCorps members receive a living allowance, education award upon completion of the service year, health benefits and childcare benefits if eligible.

  • Living allowance – up to $12,530 for a full 46.5 weeks of service
  • Housing stipend – $300 a month
  • Education award – $5,775 upon successful completion of service
