    Habitat for Humanity of Oregon

    Position title: Mortgage Origination Specialist

    Where: Portland, OR

    Description: The Mortgage Origination Specialist will join a highly functioning and capable team to begin offering new mortgage origination services to Oregon Habitat for Humanity affiliates. This staff member will work directly with affiliate representatives approximately two months prior to home sale to verify the income, assets and credit of the buyer(s), set the term of the mortgage, input all information into the mortgage software system and manage the timely release of all disclosures. Working with the third party mortgage Loan Origination Software (LOS) contractor and the affiliate, the Mortgage Origination Specialist will set the closing date, create and deliver escrow closing instructions and coordinate document recordings. Responsibilities include documenting all HFHO mortgage origination procedures, facilitating the use of down-payment and mortgage buy-down assistance programs and assisting with government reporting and compliance.

    The Dalles Area Habitat for Humanity

    Position title: Executive Director

    Where: The Dalles, Oregon

    Description: The Dalles Area Habitat for Humanity is seeking a part-time (20 hours a week) Executive Director who will be responsible for providing general oversight for daily operations and providing support to the President and Board of Directors relating to policies, programs and procedures.  An ideal candidate will have experience in non-profit organizations, fundraising, volunteer management, working with the media and positive interpersonal skills.     Tri-Cities Partners Habitat for Humanity

    Position title: Construction Training and Project Manager 

    Where: Richland, WA

    Description: The Construction Training and Project Manager coordinates all aspects of the Habitat construction and building activities.  This position is responsible to oversee construction and coordinate work activities on the construction site, support Crew Chiefs by ensuring scheduled work/materials are available for volunteer, be a servant-leader in teaching and mentoring partner families and volunteers in construction activities.
