- Under the general direction of the Executive Director, the Construction Manager is responsible for the overall construction and rehab programs of Habitat for Humanity of Lincoln County. - Under the direction of the Executive Director (ED), the Administrative Assistant is responsible for ensuring efficient coordination of day-to-day operations by providing administrative support and office management. Working with a third-party provider, the Administrative Assistant will support human resources activities. The Administrative Assistant will also serve as the confidential assistant to the ED. Construction Crew Leader: Willamette West Habitat for Humanity (2 positions)
- Construction crew leaders play an integral part in building and repairing more homes, leading to better neighborhoods and communities. As a construction crew leader, you will lead and develop groups of skilled and unskilled volunteers and homeowner families in construction activities all while maintaining a safe, efficient work environment. Using volunteer management techniques, you will manage volunteers and homeowner families as they assist in the building of new homes and/or repairing existing homes or completing weatherization projects. Events Manager: Habitat for Humanity Portland/Metro East
- As the Events Manager, you will have the opportunity to build a career working alongside an inspired and motivated team to address the most urgent issue facing our city—the high cost of housing. The Events Manager will report to the Development Manager and is responsible for leading the planning, implementation, fundraising strategy, and organization of the two signature events: The HopeBuilder Breakfast, with 1,500+ attendees raising over $500,000 and the Hard Hat & Black Tie Dinner and Auction with over 400 guests, raising over $600,000 to help meet the need for affordable homeownership in Portland. In addition to the two signature fundraisers, the Events Manager will also oversee Build Site Community Celebrations, the annual President’s Luncheon appreciation event, and ongoing special events as they arise throughout the year.
